Regional CDL Drivers
We are looking for qualified CDL class “A” drivers. 2 years experience required. Our tractors are equipped with AIR-RELEASE 5th wheels. We have late model well-maintained equipment ready to drive. All of our trucks are equipped with Auxiliary Power (APU) equipment for driver comfort and various state law compliance while maintaining a comfortable cab while parked. Our loads are all either van or reefer and are “no-touch”. We have assigned tractors, so there’s no slip-seating for FT drivers.
We are based on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, near Delaware on the Delmarva Peninsula. We also have driver opportunities in the Baltimore, MD, Carlisle, PA and Winchester, VA areas. Our drivers are home most days of the week. Our loads are 99%+ drop and hook, so wait time is a thing of the past. NO NYC!
Earn .60 cents per loaded mile premium Base Pay and .40 per empty mile to start plus bonuses and incentives. Our average driver salary under the premium pay package is $70k – 80k+ per year plus benefits!

Fleet Maintenance Technician
Our Fleet Maintenance Technicians perform routine and preventative maintenance on our tractor-trailer fleet. No major engine or transmission work is required. We focus primarily on a solid PM program and the routine/repetitive maintenance items. More trailers than trucks but a mix of both.
Candidate should be able to do:
- Various Engine Services
- Inspections
- Lights
- Brakes
- Belts/Hoses
- And most other bolt on items for Trucks, Trailers, Reefer units and Auxiliary Power Units (APU).
- (Items such as Starters, Alternators, Batteries, Water pumps, Brake chambers, Brake Valves, Wheel Seals, etc.)
